I’m Jimmy Joseph, known as “Jimmy the Mortgage Advisor,” a mortgage professional with CMG Home Loans who believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to home financing.
I work with homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors, and self-employed borrowers to help them understand their financing options and develop mortgage strategies that fit their financial goals. My approach goes beyond simply getting someone approved for a loan. It starts with understanding the person, their cash flow, their goals, and where they want to be financially in the years ahead.
My areas of focus include first-time homebuyer financing, conventional and government lending, first-lien HELOC and All-in-One mortgage strategies, bank-statement and Non-QM financing, DSCR investor loans, renovation financing, and solutions for homeowners looking to better utilize the equity in their homes.
Education is at the center of my approach. Rather than telling clients what mortgage they should choose, I believe in explaining the options, breaking down the numbers in simple terms, and helping people make informed decisions for themselves.
I’m also the host of “Let’s Talk About It with Jimmy,” a podcast featuring conversations with entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, community leaders, business owners, and other interesting people about their journeys, challenges, successes, and lessons learned.
